about
Hello friends...This track is called "Darling One" and has been a very special song to us for quite some time now. Although we've only been playing it live as of recently, this song has been with us since we first started the Daydream Time Machine and it's grown so much since. We're very happy to share this with you...we hope you enjoy!
Darling, where have you been?
I've been thinking of you over and over again
And are we still dreaming of all that we could have been?
Or is that just a memory now?
It seems we've learned to pretend it's alright
Do you have the time to break this heart?
Do you see the light these days?
Tell me where, tell me why we're falling apart…
And I've been wandering, Lost in my lonely mind
Searching for the lovely one that I once thought was mine
and i'll understand, if it's now gone…
but I can't help but wonder, darling, if you where the one
Do you have the time to break this heart?
Do you see the light these days?
Tell me where, tell me why we're falling apart…
Where have you been, my love?
Where will you go?
It seems time is running out..
and it hurts me, hurts me to know..
Why do I feel this way?
What are the words you'd want me to say?
To change your heart again, change your mind,
oh take your time, my darling friend
Oh and still as the days go by
I still remain, I still wonder why
You Take my breath away,
Take the moments, Take every day
Would you believe the lies?
Would you believe the look in these eyes?
Oh tell me…..it was real
Tell me how….you truly feel
Tell me, tell me, that you where my Darling One.
